K.L. Horvath is a fantasy author, whose books are filled with magical realism, romance and elements of the fantastical with a good dash of humor. Born in a small town in Ohio where corn grew like wildfire and horses were her next door neighbors she developed a deep love of nature and art. She adores Monet’s sailing ships and his collection of hay stacks. At the age of five she began writing poems to her grandmother in ocean blue crayon. In high school she took theater, creative writing and journalism classes letting her imagination run amok. While in college she studied English, Journalism, Theater and Photography at Kent State University before turning her life to the pen full time. K.L. Horvath has a vibrant imagination and her writing style always entails poetic descriptions and lush imagery. She is happily married and lives with her two ridiculously adorable cats while continuing to write about the strange twists of thought that lead her to marvel at the world and inspire her next adventures.
